The directors of Vizion Group Pty Ltd are all owner operators of successful small businesses:
Heath Barber
Heath Barber is a qualified spray painter. After qualifying he changed direction and joined his father’s financial advisory business and gained valuable experience in all aspects of that industry. He returned to the motor industry and joined AMCAP as Business Development Manager, generating sales and new business. There he gained knowledge of the inner workings of the largest parts and consumables distributor for the motor vehicle industry in WA. His role also gave him valuable insight into the operations of the body repair industry WA.

Heath is now a partner in Paull & Warner Accident Repair Centres in Perth and Belmont and is involved all aspects of the day to operations and management of both businesses.
Nick Farago
Nick is a qualified panel beater and spray painter. He worked for various body repair businesses in the UK. He moved off the workshop floor in the UK and became of Workshop Controller for a large multi-national Ford Dealership. From there Nick progressed to Estimator, Assistant Manager and then to Body Shop Manager responsible for a large, new state-of-the-art accident repair centre. Nick migrated to Australia with his family in 2002 and joined PPG in WA as a Business Development Manager responsible for winning new business and supporting the MVP program. This involved working with WA repairers and educating and helping with the implementation of systems and procedures to improve their business practices.

In 2010 Nick became a partner inPaull and Warner and was responsible for the expansion to the new Belmont facility.
Scott Bitters
Scott also commenced his apprenticeship at Rolls Royce Coach Works in 1992 and completed his apprenticeship at another body repair business which also specialised in prestige European vehicles. He moved to a country workshop to gain some general experience and then travelled Europe, America and Canada.

In 2004 Scott and Wade Morrison commenced trading as Universal Panel & Paint in Neerabup and in 2013 they achieved their goal of moving their growing business into new state-of-the-art premises in Neerabup where Scott is involved in all aspects of the business management.
Wade Morrison
Wade commenced his apprenticeship as a panel beater in 1984 and qualified as a tradesman whilst working with Rolls Royce Coach Works repairing prestige European vehicles and restoring them to their pre-accident condition. Wade set up as a sole trader in 1994.

He transitioned into management in 2000 managing two body repair facilities and in 2004 commenced business with Scott Bitters, a former work colleague. Together they set up Universal Panel & Paint Pty Ltd and now operate from modern, purpose-built premises in Neerabup. Wade also has interests in financial planning and a business consultancy.
